The Forgotten

Last weekend at our Grand Re-Opening, I kicked off a new teaching series called “The Forgotten.” I’m loving it. Last Sunday I taught about Phinehas, the sin slayer. Instead of killing two birds with one stone, he killed two Baal worshipers with one spear, stopping the plague that had been spreading through the Israelite camp. He was a guy whose name is often forgotten, but a guy whose actions still speak today.

Today I taught about Rahab, the ex-prostitute who lived in Jericho and helped the Israelites conquer the city. Her faith wasn’t perfect, but it was life-changing. 3,500 years after she lived, we’re still learning from her today!

If you missed last week’s study, the video is below. If you’re in the Clarksville area, join us on Sunday mornings at 10am!
